Dan Prather

Managing Partner, President

Dan joined the DualDraw in 2005 when presented with the exciting opportunity to work with his father, Bruce. Previous to DualDraw, Dan worked as a management consultant for the global accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte. While at Deloitte, he focused on helping clients solve challenging process, technology and financial issues.  Dan continues to problem solve at DualDraw, working closely with customers to purchase, install, and operate DualDraw equipment that effectively addresses their tough air quality problems.  Dan also manages the DualDraw sales team, provides strategic direction, and keeps Bruce busy with production challenges and new product ideas.  Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, exploring the Colorado mountains and being active in his community.

Bruce Prather

Partner, Chief Operations Officer

Bruce has spent approximately 45 years of his professional life owning and operating manufacturing companies. He co-founded DualDraw as managing partner in 1995 and has built the business into an established provider of air quality equipment for thousands of domestic and international customers. Bruce’s responsibilities at DualDraw include operations with a focus on production.  He also keeps Dan from getting in too much trouble.  He and his wife Char have lived in Colorado all of their married life. They have three children, eleven grandchildren, and four great grandchild that live in the Denver metro area. Outside of work, Bruce prefers to be on the river fishing or exploring Colorado with Char.
