 | Richard Schaefer; Senior Partner, Founder
Dick founded DualDraw, LLC in 1995 with his wife Lyn. Dick has owned and operated various manufacturing companies since 1972, producing a range of products including medical and electronic components and heavy industrial parts. Dick is an inventor. He is responsible for generating numerous patents over the years, including patents for S-Square tube – a sign-post company where he also holds ownership – and DualDraw. Dick’s responsibilities at DualDraw include overall strategic guidance and product design. Outside of work, his hobbies include inventing and traveling. |
 | Lyn Schaefer; Senior Partner
Lyn has followed the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, naturally placing all of her energy and experience into running a family business and managing a healthy and happy home life. She credits her father for her wealth of professional experience and savvy business acumen. Lyn’s responsibilities at DualDraw include strategic guidance and financial management. Dick and Lyn have two children and four grandchildren – all living in the Denver metro area. Outside of work, she loves to travel with her husband and spend time spoiling her grandchildren. |
 | Bruce Prather; Senior Managing Partner
Bruce has spent approximately 40 years of his professional life owning and operating manufacturing companies. He joined DualDraw as managing partner in 1995 and has built the business into an established provider of air quality equipment for thousands of domestic and international customers. Bruce’s responsibilities at DualDraw include overall sales and operations with a focus on production. He and his wife Char have lived in Colorado all of their married life. They have three children and eight grandchildren that live in the Denver metro area. Outside of work, Bruce prefers to be on the river fishing or exploring Colorado with Char. |
 | Dan Prather; Junior Managing Partner
Dan joined the DualDraw family in 2005 when presented with the exciting opportunity to work with his father, Bruce. Previous to DualDraw, Dan worked as a management consultant for the global accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche. In his management role at Deloitte, he focused on developing deep client relationships and helping them solve challenging process, technology and financial issues. Dan’s responsibilities at DualDraw include strategic business development and marketing. Outside of work, Dan enjoys the Colorado mountains and being active in his community. |
