Constructed with safety and efficiency in mind, this dust collector incorporates the patented DualDraw airflow design of the perforated surface and signature vented back stop with a superior self-cleaning cartridge filtration system.

General Specifications

Available Models:	Tables with Vented Back (Shown), Flat Top Tables, Booths, Walk-In Clean Air Stations.
Characteristics	Patented DualDraw design: even distribution of airflow across a perforated surface and vented back stop. Modular fastening system provides flexibility to cost effectively meet customer specific requirements.
Filter System:	Filter systems attach to the back side of equipment. Choose between HEPA, dust collection, smoke capture, and fume removal filtration.
Available Sizes:	Standard sizes are 48”, 60”, 72”, and 96” lengths. Standard depth of the work surface is 30” with an additional 24” depth for the filter housing. Flexible design allows for cost-effective size modifications.
Work Surface Area	The standard surface area of DualDraw downdraft equipment ranges from 4.5ft2 to 20ft2. The surface of the equipment is covered with 5” wide perforated C-channel grates. Each grate has hundreds of evenly spaced 1/2” x 3/16” perforations that provide for an equal distribution of the airflow across the surface.

Cabinet	12-16 gauge uni-body construction.
Finish	Electro Galvanized. Powder coat paint finish available.
Filters	13” x 26” High efficiency cartridge filters, 80/20 blend, 180ft2 of filter media per filter.
Spark Arrestor	Double layered spark arrestor to catch residual particulate and reduce fire hazard.
Self Cleaning	Pulse using 80 psi of compressed air. Variable venturi pulse throats and expansion cone. Goyen design system. Manual or Auto Pulse options available.
Dust Pans	Removable front and back dust pans for easy cleanout and maintenance.
Electrical	Units come pre-wired with magnetic motor starter, thermally protected.
Lighting	Standard on booth models, optional on table models. 2 bulb fluorescent.
Motor/Blower	5 HP 230/460 volt, 3 phase, TEFC blower motor 14.0 / 7.0 amps. Higher HP motor available. Fan is backward inclined.
Capture Velocity	250 – 350 FPM depending on size of unit.
Air Volume	3,000 CFM @ 7”w.g. – self contained. 68% through table surface and 32% through vented back.
Sound	Ranges from 82 – 86 dB at operator working zone. Silencer package available.
Magnehelic Gauge	Indicates when filters should be checked and/or changed.
Unit Weight	Varies based on size. Range from 1,200 to 1,500 lbs. uncrated.
Caster Wheels	Optional heavy duty 3.5” caster wheels for ease of movement.
